Fully automated fabrication, welding and cleaning machinery is the next step in the production process ensuring both structural and aesthetic product consistency on all our windows, patio doors and front entry doors. Our exclusive all uPVC and aluminum reinforced door frame system for all our exterior doors also sets us apart from the rest of the industry.
Whether you are looking for replacement windows or are building something new, Window City offers one of the most complete glazing packages in the industry. Our many Solar Solutions glass options allow our customers the opportunity to customize the comfort, security and performance for their homeowners. Our Solar Solutions glass options include LoE 180, Self-Clean, Triple Pane or Laminated glass and offer gas fill in either Argon, Krypton or a 50 – 50 mix of the two. |
We manufacture our sealed units on a fully automated line that also includes applying a Super Spacer S class as our standard, along with an integrated gas filling machine which means our sealed units have consistent guaranteed fill rates that are unmatched in the industry.
We have our own in-house designers along with a testing facility that gives us the ability to customize our products for our customers without extending lead times. We have designed accessories that are integral to our products and guarantee exact colour matches with a fit and finish that is seamless. Window City’s proprietary automated manufacturing process allows us to offer six stylish co-extruded cap-stock exterior colours plus unlimited other paint colour choices on all our windows or steel entry doors. For the timeless beauty of wood on some of our windows, we offer interior laminated wood grain in both cherry and light oak. On our Patio Doors you can get a stainable wood grain on both the interior and exterior plus on our textured fiberglass or wood Entry Doors you have unlimited stain colour choices.
