Window City is pleased to announce a number of exciting developments regarding our Sliding Patio Doors (WC 500).
There have been several upgrades to our Sliding Patio door series in 2008, completing the colours and options available to you today.
We have completed the matching side-lites and transoms for the Patio Door Series allowing you to customize your door with a complete system for standard and custom sizing.
Our Sliding Patio Door Series is now available in five (5) exterior two-tone cap-stock colours. Also, available for the first time, Window City introduces Internal Mini-Blinds for our entire Sliding Patio Door line, – these “Lift and Tilt” blinds are securely housed between the two panes of glass of our 1” insulated sealed units and require absolutely no cleaning or dusting.
Our Sliding Patio Door Series has multiple grills and hardware finishes available. This door series also offers the Laminated glass R5 and Triple-pane R6 or R9 Solar Solutions glazing options.

Solar Solutions News
Window City is pleased to announce the addition of our Solar Solutions glazing packages. Our Solar Solutions options allow you to customize the comfort, performance and security of your Window City windows and doors. Along with our standard Low E2, we now offer Laminated glass R5 and Triple-pane R6 with argon gas or Triple-pane with Krypton gas R9.
The latest addition is our fully automated Argon and Krypton gas filling machinery. This state of the art equipment is the only one in North America. This allows Window City to insure the gas fill rates on your glass units are to exact specifications. This precise process enables Window City to certify each and every sealed unit it produces.
