Window City will again be the industry leader with The Ultra Patio Door System and will change the way entry doors are produced. The frames are welded on all four corners which guarantee an airtight seal and a perfectly square doorframe every time. The structural reinforcement is strategically positioned to strengthen key areas of the frame that support the adjustable hinges and the standard multipoint hardware. The system is available with our cap-stock exterior colures and all the interior and exterior trim accessories match perfectly with our window products.

Hardware Options

The Ultra Patio Door Swing Collection has been engineered to incorporate our standard European multipoint locking system.

Even the highest quality door is only as good as its locking mechanism, one that will provide the highest security and the best protection against air and water infiltration.

We also offer a unique One Motion™ positive engagement and release system that activates the deadbolt with one motion when exiting the door.

The hardware is available with the Botticelli or Fontana handle and trim set styles and both are offered in four elegant finish options. Your doors will function and perform beautifully for years to come with our multipoint locking systems.

Custom Glass

Designer glass options are available and are custom made to your specifications.

Elegant wrought iron designs are available inside the glass units for easy maintenance.

All internal and exposed components are manufactured with 300 Series stainless steel and other non-ferrous components for maximum corrosion resistance to ensure durability and function for years to come. The tapered hook latch design is unique to our multipoint lock; the compression locking system engages the hook behind the strike plate for a positive, secure seal. The adjustable system accommodates a deadbolt plus at least two more hook latches, additional latches will be added for taller doors. When opened the doors reveal a clean, heavy duty face plate which neatly conceals the mortise lock mechanism.

The Ultra Patio Door Swing Collection hinge options combine function, durability and elegant finishes that will enhance the performance of your entry system. Choose from double ball bearing, self closing and our two way adjustable hinges that ensure proper alignment of the operating panels.

The adjustable hinges have a quick release feature that allows for the easy removal of the operating panels during installation and micro adjustments are no problem when reinstalled. The hinges are available in matching finishes with the locking hardware.

Our automated manufacturing process allows for width and height sizes down to 1/8” increments. This is truly unique to the door industry; the collection also offers custom transoms and additional side-lite units to satisfy any design requirement. Our high quality all uPVC doors are designed to expand your entry options and allow you to invite the outdoors into your home. The Ultra Patio Doors are available with our Solar Solutions glass options maximizing your energy performance and adding to the security of your home with several multi-point locking systems and safety glass options. The end result is added piece of mind along with maximum energy savings.

The Ultra Patio Door Swing Collection exterior sills are available in three finishes, Anodized Aluminum, Black and Gold.
There are extension kits available out to 10” for masonry openings.
