To determine this, look for our Company Name & Logo, Website Address, Order #, Line Item # and Unit # printed clearly on the white, warm-edge spacer between the panes of glass.  All of our products will have this identification included, effective February 2007.  This is your guarantee that you are getting the best and that your windows will perform to our stringent, industry leading standards and, best of all, are covered by our Stellar Lifetime Warranty.

It is also recommended that you ensure that your salesman clearly indicates the WindowCity brand within your contract, as this contract is a binding legal agreement designed to protect both parties involved.
